Pyrah & the Vegas Madam

So it's been billed as the last ever UK Celebrity Big Brother - Bo!!o@k$ - If you believe that then you believe that ol' man Pyrah doesn't model himself on permanently tanned Hollywood legend and I'm a Celeb contestant George Hamilton!! The launch shows viewing figures were up 10% on last year's and my sources have suggested that if the growth continues it’ll be back...whether that’s a good thing or not is debatable!

Reality TV betting has become a big deal with bookmakers so naturally what's a big deal to them is now a big deal to WhatTheBookiesSay.com, so as pain staking as it will be for me, I'll be glued to Ch4 and E4 pretty much every day now until it comes to a climax like one of Heidi Fleiss's ex-clients!

With shows like Big Brother it’s always a good idea to watch the first few episodes before having a punt, basically try and get a feel for things and take note of the amount of airtime an individual contestant is getting.

The producers are in total control of what footage is shown of course and sometimes the footage can be a tad ‘misleading’ and doesn’t tend to focus much on the pre series favourite or tell the whole story early on. An example of this trickery was evident in the last series of I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, Jimmy White was the hot favourite and received very little footage in the nightly highlights show despite being one of the most popular celebs in the camp - so far Celebrity Big Brother’s hot favourite Vinnie Jones has hardly been covered. Don’t be fooled into thinking that he’s not up to much in the house, it’s the producers way of trying to even things up.

In all competitions there are always a few runners that just can’t go the distance, I’ve already scribbled out the following 4 celebs:

Stephen Baldwin – Slightly amusing yes, but he’s a born again Christian which pretty much says it all, they have a tendency to preach an awful lot and I'm not sure if the British public can listen to that for 27 days!

Nicola T - Good looking celebrities are normally always in with a shout, unfortunately poor Nicola is neither of those and doesn't really offer much else (apart from asking some irritating questions and sounding incredibly stupid)... If it was summer time and sun bathing was on the cards then maybe!

Sisqo - Came out with one of the greatest one liners I've ever heard having just entered the house, I can't remember it word for word but it was something about being a lot taller when he stands on his wallet! He's been off the UK radar for a while and judging by what I’ve seen so far that's a good thing.

Ekaterina Ivanova – So far she’s smoked a lot - I just can’t find anything that’ll make her appealing to the masses.

The big outsider is madam turned Vegas laundrette owner Heidi Fleiss, currently trading at 40/1 – Was she jet-lagged on launch night or something else?! Anyway, I don’t think she’ll have won too many people over the first night but watching yesterday's show there’s something quite appealing about her. She almost certainly will not win the show but it might be worth backing her at extrabet.com, wait for her price to drop considerably and then lock yourself in for some profit by closing out your bet using their ‘take it now’ option.

I'd love odds on this...

... Heidi getting Ekaterina on her books!

Are you sure!!! Heidi Fleiss has as much chance of making it through to the final four as you have of winning a popularity contest. Vinnie Jones says he wants to go -don't blame him as he is washing up all the time. Ekaterina - now she has a certain'something' about about her. Rumour has it your old man was sniffing around her when she dumped Ronnie Wood! about the same age, but not the same money.

mmm ok yeah thanks for that 'Wilfie' - Interesting rumour you've heard there.

Also, read the last bit about Heidi again, I said she won't win but it's worth taking the 40/1 as her odds will tumble at which point you can then close your position out and lock yourself in for a tidy profit at extrabet.com - She's now trading at around 20/1.

ooops sorry she's 16/1 now...

Why am I sending this? Are you sure you watch this programme? Heide Fleiss! She disappeared quicker than a drop of water down the plughole. Thanks for the advice _ where's your old man - couldn't do any worse than you. I listen to him every friday evening up here in Hartlepool - least he has some credibility. He is thumping on about some bloke called Garry in Dancing On Ice- 24hrs later the bloke is in the dance-off for elimination - mind you at odds of 7-1 he could still suprise.
As for CBB everyone knew from the off Vinnie would win provided his hands didn't get soar from washing up. I reckon the bloke who fancied Kat has a great chance of getting to the final two.
