Snookered about The Masters

Q: Who will win The Masters? A: Ronnie O'Sullivan.

Well that's if the cuemaster brings his 'A' game to The Masters which starts this afternoon.

But as O'Sullivan has admitted himself in an exclusive interview with WhatTheBookiesSay he doesn't feel like he's playing good enough snooker to start thinking about winning.

That hasn't stopped the bookmakers putting him as the 11/4 favourite though and it shouldn't make you think about looking too far away from the three times world champ.

However there are a few outside bets that are worth a look because you know if O'Sullivan is knocked out others odds will be slashed.

O'Sullivan has tipped up John Higgins as the opponent he feels can threaten his Masters defence.

Reigning world champ Higgins might not look too juicy at 11/2 second favourite, but his first round challenger Neil Robertson is another who he claims has a chance.

However as he faces the Aussie in the first round on Tuesday your bet is really riding on one game at 12/1.

WTBS would love to say 'Peoples Champ' Jimmy White had a chance at 250/1 with Betfred but the Wembley Arena is no bushtucker trial.

Last year's finalist Mark Selby is a good bet with Extrabet at 10/1, the next best price being offered is 11/2, after the Leicester lad only just lost to O'Sullivan 10-8 last time out.

Don't forget to watch the Part Two of Ronnie O'Sullivan's video on Monday!

Ronnie all the way! Although Higgins is the only player who can challenge him for sure.
